Residential Care for Underpriviledge Children

The intended beneficiaries are children who are least and underprivileged and are deprived of love, care and attention by their parents. They are children seeking for a place to survive. Our Lady of Divine Grace Children’s Foundation is one of the many foundations looking after the children’s welfare. We provide them the opportunities to experience a family and grow up naturally with brothers and sisters in the foundation. Presently, we have a total of 20 inhoused children that have so far been provided with education, food, clothing and other services. The foundation is optimistic to be able to serve 200 children and construct a building equipped with complete facilities in order to respond appropriately and support adequately the children’s development. With the assistance coming from your kind hearted compassionate souls we can make a difference in these children’s lives.

Studies have proven that providing education is one of the best strategies for breaking the hold of poverty. The first six years is the most crucial stage in the lives of children. It is during this stage that physical, mental and emotional development take place.
Children with education have greater confidence to develop intellectual capacity and social skills. These children’s most often
denied education opportunities are orphans and children and who are neglected by their parents.
The foundation envisions to create a day care center and stimulate a learning environment for the children thus providing the assistance for their needs including proper care, and nutrition and special protection from all forms of neglect, abandonment and abuse.
With these given future developments, we are looking forward from generous people that can provide financial assistance for these children.

    
       
Vocational Courses for Young Adults

Children have different skills and talent in which they need to develop. Special emphasis is placed on preparing children for life after leaving the foundation. They need the support around them so that they can learn what they can do and apply the knowledge and values inculcated. The foundation is planning to open vocational training center for this goal.
In view of this, children are prepared for future job opportunities and promote community development efforts to improve the quality of their life and families.
